We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in undamaged condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.

Please include your name or order number anywhere on the box!
You have 30 days to send the product back after initiating a return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the full product value to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping charges are payable by the customer.
Products that are damaged, altered, or returned without all original components may not be eligible for a refund.

Customised & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are made to your specifications, built-to-order, or otherwise personalised (including selected configurations, engraved items, or custom-assembled products with inbuilt SSDs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a customised product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
