International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping to US is usually provided by UPS with “UPS Express” service.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United Kingdom or United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures. As the recipient of an international shipment you may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Fulfillment

Orders to UK and all countries excluding US are shipped to you from our manufacturing facility at 10 Oxgate Lane, London, United Kingdom, NW2 7HJ. Orders to US are shipped from our US warehouse at 14325 Gillis Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244, United States.

US Tariffs

✅ We cover all U.S. tariffs. No hidden import fees will be passed on to you.
Please note: due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations (effective August 29, 2025), we are in the process of transitioning inventory to our U.S. warehouse. This may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times to US. All UK orders are unaffected.
